Join us for the Murph Challenge on Saturday, May 28th in Salem, Ohio

We’ll start and end with the 1 mile run or walk at Kast Iron Soda Works, 420 East State Street Salem, OH at 11:00am

Weighted vests are optional and modifications will be given so the moves are accessible such as bands to assist with pullups.

Spectators can cheer us on at Your Best Self or at the finish line at Kast Iron.
